Saddles and Sand Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Saddles and Sand!

Returns

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

To request a return, please email returns@saddlesandsand.com within 7 days of delivery. You will receive return instructions and a mailing address if your return is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for regular returns, including sizing issues or changes of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Saddles and Sand will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved claims.

Refunds

Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by law or when an error is our responsibility.

Final Sale Items

Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return, except where required by law.
